COACHING PROGRAMME

        Mini Tennis  :-

Mini-tennis is an effective means of introducing young people to tennis. It is a scaled down version of tennis, in which smaller rackets, a smaller court, softer tennis balls and a games based approach are features that are used to introduce young children to the game.

At BTA we introduce kids of 5 to 7 yrs to this form of tennis. This preliminary familiarisation stage during which the child learns to throw with dexterity is essential before proceeding to the learning of the gestures. At a more elaborate level, corresponding to the driving of the ball in the space, it is once more the concept of learning through discovery, experiments and errors which is referred. The mini-tennis learning can then really start a concept that is immensely popular all over the world.
